Spear Programme North Kensington

The Spear Programme works with a group of 16–24-year-olds who are looking to get into work, education or training.
It is a 6-week programme, involving group and 1-1 coaching, aiming to increase young people's work-readiness, confidence and to assist them with getting into their next step.
In addition to the course, Spear also offer a further year of support to help young people into and with ongoing employment.
