With mosaic animals in Leighton's Arab Hall looking on, learn how to make splitpin puppets and then work together to create one big animation, bringing this iconic room to life. The workshop also includes time to view the newly commissioned film, 'When the Tiles Spoke' by award-winning film maker, Soudade Kaadan, included in the museum's major exhibition, The Arab Hall: Past and Present.


Useful information

  • Workshop intended for young people aged 11 – 16 years old.
  • Workshop is unaccompanied and drop off.
  • The workshop will take place in the Learning Centre at Leighton House.
  • Ticket include admission to the museum for the workshop participants. Their adults can wait in the museum café or garden or book an admission ticket to visit the museum.
  • All materials and tools provided.
