Children are welcomed into a very homely environment “A home from home” my parents have said.
The children learn through play with the several various resources on offer to suit all ages. Messy play, Books, Music, Building, Games, Role Play and Performing which all help to gain their self-confidence and social abilities interacting with both other children and adults.
We keep daily journals which inform parents how their children’s day has gone and we are available for a more personal communication at the beginning or end of the day.
The children enjoy freshly prepared meals and snacks daily.
We have use of private gardens with lovely green areas and playground equipment.
We visit the several parks, museums and exhibitions we are lucky to have in the area. We do go on special outings from time to time.
I am Ofsted registered, DBS checked and hold a NVQ3 in Early Years Learning Care & Education, Qualified First Aid, Child protection. I attend regular training sessions to update our already extensive knowledge in childcare.
We can offer overnight care occasionally when needed and offer babysitting duties for the children in our care.
