Petra's Place Nursery and Therapy Centre

Our nursery is an OFSTED registered inclusive nursery for mainstream children and children with special needs and autism aged 2 to 5 years. We provide a safe and nurturing environment, with an enhanced adult to child ratio, that enables young children to thrive in a place which optimises their growth and development potential. Your child will have the opportunity to explore and learn through play and access communication and multi-sensory activities and experiences which have been tailored to meet their individual needs within the Early Years Framework (EYFS). We provide blended early education and specialist intervention support, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Art and Music Therapy.  

All of our nursery nurses have experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have regular training from our multidisciplinary therapy team who specialise in early intervention therapies. Our EYFS programme has been adapted and differentiated to support children with autism and developmental differences.
