Autism Exchange Work Opportunities

Autism Exchange is a work experience programme for autistic young people aged 16-25. The programme offers access to paid opportunities throughout the year in leading organisations and companies.

Since being established 2015 in partnership with the Civil Service, our programme led by the Autism Exchange team has achieved successful placements in many companies and provided tailored careers advice and support – before, during and after each work placement for its interns.

In addition to the partnership with the Civil Service, our programme has a number of strategic partners including; the Association of Colleges, Autistica, Natspec, Business Disability Forum, Careers Development Institute, UK Youth and Deutsche Bank. Furthermore, the success of the programme has been noted by achieving the Extending Reach award at RIDI (Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative) 2016.
