''Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster have been looking at ways of developing and improving their services to disabled children and their families. I’m delighted to be taking up the role of “Strategic Lead: Family Help and Social Work” for a new service bringing together the two Disabled Children’s Teams and Short Breaks services in the two boroughs into one new combined service. We really want to hear from families and from children and young people themselves about what makes things work for them.”
