Leighton House guided tours

An in-depth 90 minute guided tour throughout the lavish interiors of Leighton House, including the magnificent Arab Hall and the recently restored Winter Studio. Our expert tour guides also offer fascinating insights into the life and career of Frederic Leighton and the history of the house.

We welcome groups to join our guided tours at Leighton House and our staff are happy to help you make the most of your visit.  

To ensure that all of our visitors have an enjoyable experience, we request that groups of more than 12 people make a booking at least 2 weeks in advance by using our Online Booking Form

A guided tour lasts for 90 minutes. Other visitors will be around the museum during the tour, and our staff and volunteers will ensure the smoothing running of your visit. 

What days can I book a tour on?

Leighton House is closed on Tuesdays. You can book a slot with us between 10:30am to 4:00pm Wednesdays to Mondays.

What is the capacity?

We allow up to 25 people for a guided tour at one time. For larger groups, we recommend you include the total numbers on the online booking form. Our group booking coordinators will then contact you and discuss your individual requirements.   

How much does it cost?

We offer concessions rate for universities, colleges and other adult educational establishments. Please refer to the Price Guide in the Online Booking Form for all group booking rates. 

All payments should be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are non-refundable.
