| Description: | Dwellings with shops to ground floor. Late C19. Ornate symmetrical facade. Five storeys, 5 windows bays with one bay extension to north end, and one bay return to Thackeray Street. Red brick and terracotta. Central bay with shaped dormer gable and splayed bay windows on first and second floors. Corner turrets with copper cupolas. Pilasters carrying entablature at floor levels. Gauged segmental brick arches to recessed sash windows. Ground floor with granite pilasters carrying entablature. C20 shop fronts. Arched side entrance. |
