| Description: | Terrace of late C19 houses. Red brick and some painted stone or stucco dressings. Tiled mansard roofs. 30-38 even have 3 storeys including roof storey. Nos 40-52 have 4 storeys including 2 in roof. Each house 2 windows wide, with canted 2-storey bay windows to right except for Nos 34, 36 and 38. Bay windows have arched lights, Nos 40, 42, 44 and 46 with brick tracery to spandrel. Sashes and casements. Leaded lights or wooden glazing bars to upper storey. Each house gabled. Area railings. Original doors. |
