| Description: | Remains of large, early C17 mansion, of considerable architectural and historic importance. Damaged in Second World War and subsequently partly demolished. South front with arcades survives to single storey height. Red brick and stone, much renewed. East wing survives to full height with enclosed arcade to ground storey, pilastered upper storeys and shaped gables to tiled roof, tower behind with slated roof. |
