Yellow stock brick cornice. Main modillion cornice at third floor level. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows of 3 lights. Second floor windows with stucco aprons. First floor flanking windows recessed on Ionic arcade. Prostyle portico with dentil cornice and blocking course with "St James House" in panel. |
