Description: | House. 1843-5, James Thompson, extensively altered and enlarged in 1900 by Aston Webb for himself. Irregular composition extending around corner with principal facade to Ladbroke Grove. 2 to 3 storeys. Yellow and red brick with stucco to ground floor; stone bands. Low square tower to centre of principal facade. Entrance to right, with oriel window over. Tall chimneys with stone bands. Return facades to left and right. Interior not seen. |
