Description: | House. 1880-6 by George Devey for Hon Mrs Hunloke. Large brick house in Queen Anne style but different to all the other houses in the gardens. Stone dressings and quoins. Modillion cornice and balustraded parapet with ball finials. Dormers with pediments. Two storeys + attic + basement. Windows with cambered heads and keystones. Doorway with broken cambered pediment and Ionic pilasters and enriched consoles, on return elevation. The Gardens facade has bay windows. |
