Description: | One of 2 terraces leading from centre of Pelham Crescent. Circa 1825. Simpler 3 storey, 2 window houses with continuous balustraded parapet and small first floor balconies. Stucco, channelled to ground floor. Doorways round headed, windows square headed. Nos 2 and 14 have 2 storey canted bay windows and pilasters to upper storeys. Forms part of Pelham Crescent layout. |
