Description: Terraced house. Early to mid C18,refronted circa late C19. Brick. Slate double pitched roof to parapet, 3 storeys. Ground floor with circa late C19 stucco door surround and late C20 plate glass shop front. Square headed windows, slightly recessed sashes, glazing bars to upper lights. Brick cornice above second floor. Square headed dormers in moulded surrounds. Return to left stuccoed with circa 1800 balcony; rear fa�ade stuccoed with segmental headed flush framed windows. Interior retains original features including turned baluster staircase above first floor with carved tread ends; corner fireplace; rich egg and dart cornicing exposed to rear first floor room etc.
