| Description: | Individual terraced house, c1914 by F Inigo Thomas. Silver-grey brick with red brick quoins and dressings. Tiled hipped roof with enriched brick slab chimney stacks on the party walls, 2 dormers and overhanging eaves with a deep modillion cornice to the front elevation where the wall angle rises above the eaves. Symmetrical design. EXTERIOR: central entrance with large, projecting scrolled segmental hood on enriched brackets above a panelled door. Above the hood, 3 enriched leaded steps are surmounted by a rubbed red brick round-arched niche with keystone and aegricane beneath the cornice. Flanking the entrance are canted sash bay windows to ground and fist floor, those to the ground floor being taller. INTERIOR: not inspected. |
