Description: Tomb of John Robinson McClean (died 1873). Carrara marble in form of a Roman altar, on tall granite base, designed by Edward Adams and carved by George Sinclair. Inscription panel within rinceau-decorated border. History: McClean was an MP, FRS and President of the Institute of Chartered Engineers. See The Builder, 8 January 1876, 36.
