Contractor policy update

In response to the Grenfell Inquiry reports, we adopted a policy preventing contractors on our building and refurbishment projects from using certain companies as suppliers or subcontractors.

Siderise Insulation Limited has recently been removed from this policy. This means that Siderise Insulation Limited is no longer listed as a banned supplier on our projects.

Who is banned under our policy?

The companies which are currently banned under our policy are:

• Kingspan Insulation Ltd
• Arconic Architectural Products SAS
• Celotex Ltd
• CEP Architectural Facades Ltd
• Rydon Maintenance Ltd
• All companies in the wider Rydon Group
• Harley Facades Ltd
• Exova UK Ltd and their holding company Exova Treasury Ltd
• Artelia Projects UK Ltd

This means that the companies listed cannot to be used by our contractors as suppliers or subcontractors on our own building and refurbishment projects.
