(00:00) In this video, you will see a demonstration of how to register to use the Royal Burough of Kensington and Chelsea Oracle supplier portal. Suppliers will be sent an email containing a link to enable them to set up their Oracle account. Select the link to begin the registration process.
(00:22) You will be presented with the supplier registration page. For security purposes, before you are able to proceed, you will need to request an access code. To do this, enter your email address in the box provided and then select the send access code button. A short while afterwards, you will receive an email containing an access code. Enter the access code into the supplier registration page and select the continue button.
(00:58) The supplier registration form now opens and you can begin to add your information. The supplier registration form is divided into six sections. company details, contacts, addresses, business classifications, bank accounts, and finally a questionnaire. Let's take a look at the company details section. In this section, you'll add information about your organization, including the company name and your supplier type.
(01:45) You can also add any documentation such as company registration forms, tax, or insurance information by dragging and dropping files into the form. You can save your input at any time and return to the form to complete it later. Once you've completed a section, select the continue button to open the next section.
(02:14) Section two is the contact section. Here you will add your contact information including name, email address, job title, and contact telephone numbers. Use the radio buttons to indicate if this person will be an administrative contact and therefore needs to receive general update communication from us. Also use the radio buttons to indicate if this contact will require a use account to be able to access transactional information and to be able to carry out self-service tasks.
(02:57) If the contact does require a user account, select the role access that the contact will need from the list provided. If required, additional users may be added by selecting the add another contact button. Once all contact information has been added, select the continue button. Section three of the registration form is the addresses section.
(03:24) Firstly, add the address or site name. You'll need to indicate what the address is used for, for example, to receive payments. Next, add the address details, including the postcode. Finally, you'll need to indicate which of the listed contacts are associated with this address. You can add additional sites by selecting the add another address button.
(03:52) Once you have finished adding address details, select the continue button. The next section is business classifications. In this section, firstly select the appropriate business classification from the drop-own list. Depending upon the option chosen, additional fields will then be presented. Complete these as appropriate and then select the continue button.
(04:22) Section five of the form relates to bank account details. Firstly, add your bank sort code and then the bank and branch details will automatically populate. Next, add your account number. Choose pound sterling from the currency drop-own list. Then, select what type of account this is from the account type drop-own list.(04:49) Finally, add the name of the account holder. Select the continue button once the section has been completed. The final section of the registration form contains a short questionnaire. Enter your responses to the questions in the fields provided. Once you have answered all the questions, select the submit button.
(05:36) Your supplier portal registration request has now been submitted to our team for approval. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive email confirmation that you have been registered to use the supplier portal. A separate email will be sent to each contact that you requested a user account for.
(06:03) This will confirm that the user has been granted access to the portal and it will detail the access permissions that have been granted. That brings this video tutorial to an end. Thank you for watching.
