The Customer Service Centre is the face to face access point for a wide range of Council services. There are a number of facilities that we have put in place to assist people to get the help they need.
When you enter the Customer Service Centre you can either take a ticket for a service, or go to the Main Desk where staff can help you with simple enquiries.
If you take a ticket you will need to specify which service you need, if you're not sure which service can deal with your enquiry talk to our Main Desk staff who will be able to help.
Once you have taken your ticket, take a seat in the waiting area. In the waiting area you will notice that the ticket numbers are called out, as well as displayed on screens. The numbers are not called sequentially, as each service in the Customer Service Centre starts with a different prefix on the tickets.
