The key policy, service and financial decisions made at the Council.
Key decisions are considered the most important policy, service and financial decisions. To define a key decision, we use the thresholds of an income or expenditure of over £100,000 or an impact in one or more wards. Using this definition means the Leadership Team, and the public, focus on the most important decisions that affect local people. Key decisions are either made by individual members of the leadership team or at a public meeting of the Leadership Team.
Search Key Decisions
Use the Key Decisions search to view all Key Decisions. Each item shows the decision-maker and relevant officer, along with the earliest date the decision will be taken and details of any planned public consultation.
You can subscribe to a weekly email bulletin of Key Decisions by contacting the Governance Team on Governance@rbkc.gov.uk or 020 7361 2477 / 2947.
The Forward Plan is a list of Key Decisions planned for the next four months. Items will be put on the plan well in advance and it will be updated monthly. It tells you who will be deciding what, when and how, as well as providing details of who will be consulted.
