How we use photos and videos
We only use photos and videos we own, have licensed or have consent to use.
Photos and videos may appear on:
- our website
- social media channels – like Facebook or Instagram
- e-newsletters
- publications and reports
- local or national media – if appropriate and permitted
How to get consent
You can get consent with a:
- digital consent form
- printed consent form
- event sign-up form with a photo permission clause
- group consent form signed by a teacher or group leader
Parents must give consent for photos or videos of children under 16.
Images and footage can be stored for up to 4 years, after which it will be deleted.
