Digital inclusion volunteer training

Complete the training

Are you ready to make a difference in your community?

By completing this training, we hope to equip you with the knowledge and skills to recognise the barriers facing residents in getting online. We want to teach you the practical ways to offer digital support, so that residents can gain essential skills and improve their quality of life.

Getting started

Step 1: Download the training files

Download “Becoming A Digital Inclusion Volunteer In RBKC.zip” to your computer.

Step 2: Extract the files

  • Locate the downloaded .zip file on your computer.
  • Right-click on the file and select “Extract All” (or closest option, depending on your system).
  • Choose a folder where the files will be saved to and click “Extract”.

Once the extraction is complete, open the folder, “Becoming A Digital Inclusion Volunteer In RBKC”, which contains the training materials.

Step 3: Start the training

  • Open the “Becoming A Digital Inclusion Volunteer In RBKC” folder.
  • Open “Content”.
  • Double-click on the file named “index.html”. This will open the training program, “Becoming a Digital Inclusion Volunteer in RBKC,” in a new browser window.
