Calling all book lovers

Come join us at Brompton Library's first ever book swap.

Bring your gently used books and swap them for something new to read. It's a great way to refresh your bookshelf and discover new favourites. Whether you're into crime, thrillers, mystery, or romance, there's something for everyone at our book swap. Don't miss out on this opportunity to expand your reading collection and meet new people.

 

How does it work?

Bring anywhere between 2 to 5 books and exchange them for other books, fiction or non-fiction. You choose what book you would like to take.

You’re welcome to donate more than 5 books, but you will only be allowed to take a maximum of 5 books. All genres are welcome, but books must be in good condition, no stains, pen marks or tears, please.

Please try to bring books that you would be happy to find at the swap yourself or that others would find interesting.

 

Drop off

12.30pm to 1pm: You can drop off books in advance or bring them during the event.

 

Disclaimer

You can only swap if you bring items to exchange. Only bring the books you are happy to swap with, as once they are handed in you may not be able to get them back. All books not exchanged after the event will be donated to the charity, Better World Books.
