We are here to help you get online. Gain basic support in these regular sessions to improve your digital skills and let us answer your digital queries or questions. Please bring one issue you’d like to solve per session.

We can help with using the internet, apps, emails, video calls, printing, online shopping, social media, and much more.

These sessions are delivered by trained volunteers and library staff in a group setting. Our volunteers and staff can help with most, basic things however if you have a request related to something that requires in-depth knowledge such as coding, you may be signposted to other courses or resources. Our IT sessions are not valid for fixing technical faults with electronic devices that need expert advice.
Whilst we encourage return visits, our volunteers may need to prioritise residents who have not visited us before during busy periods.

Did you know?

  • we can help provide you with a free SIM card at this session, if you need one.
  • there is an IT Help Session that takes place on Mondays, 2-4pm too. The Comfortable Zone at Kensington Central Library on Mondays is designed to support people on their digital journey, as an accessible and welcoming space for everyone, particularly those without internet or personal devices at home, the over 60s, wheelchair users, and visually impaired residents.
