We’ve just finished laying two kilometres of underground pipes that will deliver heating and hot water to the homes and businesses on the Notting Dale Heat Network.
Councillors and residents joined staff on the Lancaster West Estate to celebrate the milestone last week.
With more than £35 million committed, we’re investing in providing reliable and sustainable heating and hot water for decades to come.
The next phase of the work will be installing energy centres, a thermal store, and air source heat pumps.
The heat network was co-designed with residents as part of the wider refurbishment of the Lancaster West Estate. Our thanks to all residents who’ve taken part in the co-design.
