Where you park matters. Bikes chained to railings, left under windows, or blocking paths and entrances can create safety risks and inconvenience for other residents. Please park considerately in a marked bay.
Parking enforcement operates across our estates. If your motorcycle is not in a marked bay or does not have a valid permit, you may receive a penalty notice or have your vehicle removed.
We’re currently running an awareness campaign to remind everyone of the rules. Keep an eye out for posters, signs and updates over the coming weeks.
