Seville Developments have been working on behalf of The Council carrying out major works on properties located in Dalgarno and St Helens wards.
As part of their contract, they are required to contribute to the local community, this can be a monetary donation or carrying out much-needed improvements. This donation of money, time or services Is often referred to as a social value contribution.

Local primary school: Oxford Gardens have been using art therapy (a form of psychological therapy that uses art to address emotional issues and enhance mental health) to help school children whose lives have been affected by the Grenfell Tragedy.
However, further funding was needed to continue this initiative and Seville developments offered to support the school with the much-needed funding, as part of their social value offer.

In this instance Seville Developments kindly donated the sum of £5,000 to Oxford Gardens Primary School.

The donation will continue the funding of specialist art therapists to guide the children through the programme. The contribution also went towards the refurbishment of the children’s toilets and staff shower area.
