About the service
IKWRO is a specialist charity that provides advice, advocacy, counselling, safe accommodation and support. It works with women and girls of Middle Eastern origin in the UK affected by highly patriarchal cultures. They offer support particularly to Farsi, Kurdish, Arab, Turkish and Dari speaking women who have been affected or who are experiencing domestic violence, forced marriages, female genital mutilation and “honour" killings.
How to access the service
The service can accept referrals from your GP, other professionals or you can refer yourself by completing an online form or by contacting them directly. Find contact details below.
