Special events for children and young people: highlights

Minibeasts!

These events will be presented by the Holland Park Ecology Centre. Get up close and personal with some of the minibeasts you might find in the garden. Also, you will get to see some of the not-so-mini beasts you won't find unless you come along to the event.

No need to book - just turn up.

Elmer Day celebration

  • Thursday 24 May
  • 3.30 to 4.30pm
  • Chelsea Library

Come and join us and celebrate Elmer's day.
Does he have to be patchwork, could he not have dots or stripes the choice is yours.
Dress in your brightest colours and join us for a celebration of everyone's favourite patchwork elephant.

Free event which is suitable for children of all ages. No need to book, just turn up.


Elmer Day celebration

Come along to our celebration of Elmer Day. There will be Elmer’s Big Balloon Hunt, pin the tail on the Elmer, make Elmer puppets and pictures, story telling, and lots of prizes. We will also make a giant, patchwork Elmer.

Free event which is suitable for children of all ages. No need to book, just turn up.
