Special events for children and young people: highlights

Dancing Books

Dancing Books supports the development of literacy, phonetics and inspires storytelling and are designed for children under the age of four and their carers. Each session is delivered by an inspiring team of DanceWest teachers.

These sessions encourage everyone to get on their feet and get inspired about reading!

Note: there are two sessions a week at two of our libraries.

No booking is required, we do ask that you arrive in plenty of time and ready to dance. A £1 voluntary donation is requested by each family per session.
