Temporary Use Notices must be submitted on the correct forms. The completed notice, together with the required fee must be given to the licensing authority at least three months prior to the proposed event. Application fees are non-refundable in the event that an application is withdrawn or rejected.
Within seven days of submitting the Notice to the licensing authority, the applicant must provide a copy of the notice to the relevant responsible authorities.
