How to apply to for a Special Treatment Licence
Apply by post
- Download and print the relevant application form (above)
- Complete, sign and date the form
- Send your form and any supporting documents to the Licensing Team, address details can be found on the contact Licensing webpage.
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
*Remember if applying by post you must also send a copy of your completed forms to to the authorities listed below by recorded delivery post on the same day that your application is submitted to the Council:
