How to apply for a Temporary Event Notice

Apply by post

If applying by post the completed notice must be given to the licensing authority, in duplicate, at least 10 working days before the proposed event (excluding the event day and the day the notice is submitted)

Late notices may be given up to 5 working days before the proposed event excluding the the event day and the day the notice is submitted.

A copy of the notice must be given at the same time to the Police Licensing Team, Kensington Police Station, 72 Earl’s Court Road, London W8 6EQ and the Noise and Nuisance Team, Directorate of Environmental Health, Council Offices, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW (If the premises where the event is to be held is in an area governed by two or more local authorities notifications must be submitted to each Police and Environmental Health authority.)
