How to create your MyRBKC Account

When you're ready to create your account, click or tap the 'Start' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Start

You will need to: 

1. Enter your email address and click or tap the ‘Send verification code’ button. 
   • We will send you a six digit verification code by email to validate your email address.
   • The verification code will expire after five minutes. 
   • If you do not use the verification code within five minutes you will need to request a new one. You will need to click or tap the ‘Send verification code’ button again.
   • Check your Spam folder if you have not received your verification code.
2. When you have received your verification code, enter the six digit verification code and verify it using the ‘Verify code’ button.   
3. Create a password. Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least:
   • 1 UPPERCASE
   • 1 lowercase
   • 1 number
   • 1 special character 
4. Please re-enter your password to confirm to it matches.
5. Enter your full name (First name, Last name).
6. Enter your telephone number.
7. Read and accept the Data Protection Statement/terms and conditions.
