How to make a Council Tax payment

When you're ready to make a Council Tax payment, click or tap the 'Sign in' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Sign in

You will need to:

  1. Enter your email address. The email address you used to create your MyRBKC Account.
  2. Enter your Password. The password you created when you created your MyRBKC Account.
  3. Click or tap the Sign in button.
  4. Click or tap on Council Tax and Housing Benefits.
  5. Click or tap on the Council Tax tile.
  6. Click or tap on Pay my council tax online link. This will open a new browser window.
  7. Enter all the required information to complete and submit the form.
  8. Close the new browser window.
  9. Click or tap the 'Back to MyRBKC' button to leave your council tax account and return to your MyRBKC account.
