We are making some changes to our community equipment services.
We have begun switching from our previous community equipment supplier called NRS, to our new partner called 24-7 Healthcare. This service provides items like walking sticks, bath boards, toilet frames, commodes, pressure mattresses, hoists and bed rails.
We would like to reassure service users that we will continue to support people in the community.
We have been contacting residents who have equipment at home, and our partners in the NHS to let them know directly about these changes. As this process will take a few days, the Council’s arrangements with our previous provider is still in place for some services.
However, if you have any issues with equipment breaking down or product support please contact 24-7 Healthcare, using the phone numbers below. You do not need to call 24-7 Healthcare if you have no issues or concerns with your equipment.
