Get to know your Building Safety Managers!

Since the introduction of the Building Safety Act in 2022 our Fire Safety Team have appointed two dedicated Building Safety Managers to oversee the work required as part of the Act.  

The role of a Building Safety Manager involves monitoring the structural safety of high-risk buildings, while also establishing a point of contact for any residents regarding fire or safety-related issues.

Anyone living in one of the buildings listed below has a dedicated Building Safety Manager who oversees the structural and fire safety management. As a team, they have several key duties, including carrying out regular building safety inspections and regular visits with residents.
