All our libraries are still open as usual, but the cyber-attack has affected some of our systems.
Free events are continuing.
You can still access our guest WiFi, even if you are not a library member.
There is currently no access to public PCs. However, there are a limited supply of laptops for use. Please check with your local library for further details on this scheme.
What you can do
You will still be able to:
- join the library as a new customer to borrow books
- renew expired library cards
- renew loans online by logging in to your account via the library catalogue
- check out, renew or return loans via the staff desk
- return items using the self-service kiosk or the returns sorter
- access online resources
- place reservations for collection
- renew items by phone using the contact centre
- renew items by phone using our automated renewal line
- photocopy
What you cannot do
You cannot currently:
- join the library as a new customer to access PCs and printing
- print from your own device
