Managing permits online

A new online resident parking permit system will replace our existing system later in 2025, introducing  changes to the current parking permit processes:

  • replacing our existing online forms with new, simplified versions. This will allow you to easily apply, renew, or update their permits online
  • managing all aspects of your resident’s parking permit online. You can opt to fully manage your permits online. Hardcopy letters will be available for anyone who needs them
  • payment at the point of application. Payment will be required when making a change request or applying for a new parking permit. You will receive a pre-approval permit while your application is processed, to allow parking in the borough until you receive your official parking permit
  • faster approvals and shorter wait times. You will receive your official permits faster through automated processes
  • tracking the application. If you provide accurate contact details, you will receive real-time notifications as your application progresses
  • payment options to suit residents’ preferences. This will include subscription payments
