The next Full Council Meeting with public speaking is Wednesday 24 June 2026, 6.30pm.

There will be an hour at the start for questions. Up to 7 questions can be asked and answered on the night
How you can take part
This is your Council. We want to make sure Councillors understand what matters to local people, so we need to hear from you. You could speak at a Full Council Meeting to share your thoughts, ideas and experiences, or to ask a question.
You can register if you live, work or go to school in the borough.
When you register, choose one of these options:
- Read out your question or point in person at the meeting
- Have the Mayor read your question for you, and councillors will respond
When you register, you must:
- include your question or point (maximum 200 words)
- use your own name for the question or representation, you cannot reserve or give your place to someone else
Before you register
- places are first-come, first-served
- no more than 7 valid registrations will be accepted
- you cannot register to speak once the registration deadline has passed, even if fewer than 7 valid registrations have been received
- if you choose speak in person, you cannot ask a follow up question
- if you're speaking in person, you must confirm your attendance when you receive the reminder email 48 hours before the meeting. If you do not confirm, you will lose your place
- if you do not attend on the night, your space is not be reallocated
- If you need to cancel your question, email [email protected].
