Accessible transport
The Accessible Transport Service response time for all concessions is up to 12 weeks for all new concessions. In order to allow us to meet our 12 week target and the quickest way to ensure there are no delays is for all the documentation and payment if applicable, are sent in with the application.
We are currently experiencing delays in processing Disabled Badge applications due to a backlog of work. Our team is actively processing applications and will contact you directly if we need further information or once your application has been reviewed.
