Purpose:

This Forward Plan report covers two separate decision points in relation to the procurement of refurbishment works to the Clubroom at Elm Park House:

1.    Strategy Stage – The decision to commence the procurement activity which will allow the tender documents to be published, and;

2.    Award Stage – The decision to award and sign the contract

Decision:

Executive Director, Housing & Social Investment

1.    Approved the sourcing strategy to deliver the procurement process via Lot 1 of the Project Union Construction Works Framework Agreement (the “RBKC Framework”).

2.    The anticipated contract sum for the above works is £125,000 (not including VAT) £150,000 inclusive of VAT.
