Purpose:

This report covers two decision points in connection with the refurbishment of Council’s Blantyre Office situated in Worlds End Estate.The office refurbishment will allow the Council to offer a wider range of on-site services to residents.

 

 

Decision:

The Executive Director AGREED to approve the Procurement Strategy to undertake a Project Union Framework mini-competition to award a contract for Worlds End Estate Blantyre Office Refurbishment. The forecast value of the works is £480,000 including VAT.
