The Executive Director of Housing and Social Investment AGREED to approve the direct award, without competition of a contract to Philip Pank Partnership LLP at a value of £222,000 (Inc. VAT) for the provision of Employers Agent services, for the development of the Maxilla Adult Social Care and Community Hub Bays, 17-19 Maxilla Walk.
