Order clear or reusable recycling bags (residents)

This page is for recycling bags that are for domestic use only. For commercial waste bags visit our page for information on commercial waste and recycling.

For residents living in mansion blocks, flats, or estates

If you live in large shared housing, it is likely that you are provided with  a large communal recycling bin. To help you recycle, we can send  you a reusable bag,  for you to store your recycling in and carry it to your bin. If you would like a reusable bag, fill in the order form, via the link at the bottom of this page.

Please don't order the clear recycling bags, as you don’t need them.

For residents receiving a kerbside or doorstep collection

You can collect more clear recycling bags from the following outlets:

  • Portobello Market Street Trading Office, 72 Tavistock Rd, London W11 1AN
  • Holland Park Ilchester Place, Stable Yard, London W8 6LU
  • Kensington Central Library, 12 Phillimore Walk, London W8 7RX
  • Reception, Chelsea Old Town Hall, King's Rd, London SW3 5EE

You can also order more bags online but before you do so, please  check:

  • If you can wait for your next delivery, check the delivery schedule online.
  • Any communal storage spaces you share with other households.
  • If your caretaker or concierge has any bags.

If you find you need more packs of bags with every delivery, or are not regularly receiving your bags, please let us know via streetline (streetline @rbkc.gov.uk or 020 7361 3001) and any reasons why you think that might be the case. For example, if  you live in a shared building, your bags may be taken by your neighbours, and so we would need to put your bags in an envelope.
