If you live in a mansion block, flat or estate

Do not order the clear recycling bags, you will not need them. 

Your mansion block, flat or estate may already have a large communal recycling bins.

To help you recycle, we can send you a reusable bag to carry your recycling to your communal bin.

If you receive a kerbside or doorstep collection

You can collect more clear recycling bags from these outlets:

• if you can wait for your next delivery, check the delivery schedule
• any communal storage spaces you share with other households
• whether your caretaker or concierge has bags available

Order extra bags or report missed deliveries

If you need extra bags with every delivery or are not regularly receiving your bags, contact Streetline.

When you contact us, tell us why you are not receiving your bags.

For example, in shared buildings, bags may be taken by neighbours, so we may need to send your bags in an envelope.
