EU Settlement Scheme

EU-EEA and Swiss citizens and their families can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme for settled or pre-settled status to remain living and working in the UK after 30 June 2021.

The first stage of the process requires you to access a Home Office app to verify your identity documents. The app is available for both android and iPhone. If you do not have a smartphone or are unable to access the Home Office app, you can book an appointment at Kensington and Chelsea Register Office to complete the first stage of the process.

This service can assist with the verification of identity documents by providing access to the Home Office app. You can then complete the application on any type of computer or device after the appointment.

Please note: You can not use the ID verification service if you have already started your online application.

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with the second stage of the application or advise on eligibility requirements.

Full information about the EU Settlement Scheme can be found on the website.
