Bids to run a service

Voluntary and community groups, parish councils and local authority staff can bid to run a local authority service under the Community Right to Challenge.

The group needs to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Council. If the EOI is accepted, the group can take part in the procurement process along with other interested organisations.

To submit an EOI:

• read the guidance note
• complete the form and email to [email protected] or post to Strategic Procurement Unit, 3rd Floor, Kensington Town Hall, London W8 7NX
