About us

Established in 2017, The Centre for Systemic Social Work (CfSSW) grew from the successful development of a systemic practice model across three London boroughs:

  • Hammersmith and Fulham
  • Kensington and Chelsea
  • Westminster City Council

We aim to work with the wider children’s social care sector to improve all aspects of practice, supervision and leadership resulting in the delivery of excellent services to children and families.

Holding a clear understanding of cultural and organisational change, we have worked with over 25 local authorities throughout England wanting to develop a systemically informed practice model and deliver evidenced-based good outcomes for the communities they serve.
