See what people have to say about working with us:
I have enjoyed the course, as it has provided knowledge and theory around some of the ways I already practice and this further understanding has increased my confidence in how to use it to develop better relationships with families. I feel that it is fundamental to not just focus on the presenting 'problem/ issue' and understand the underlying influences and driving factors. This course has help me to have different tools and knowledge that support this further.

I feel this course has been really helpful. It has felt like a safe place to bring things and I have enjoyed the conversations we have had as a group. I do feel a lot more confident in trying new things in my practice now.

It has been so nice to get out of my normal job for the odd Thursday doing this, it's been really refreshing. I do feel like it has changed the way I think about and approach work with families which I think is invaluable.

The facilitator was great, she delivered each session with great passion and appear to have a lot of knowledge - making it sound easy as she appears so skilful. It helps to have a great teacher and I think in this sense we were privileged to have Julie.

I feel changed. I have been in my role for a few years and it's like systemic practice has come and brightened it all up again. One of the best courses I have ever been on.
– Supervision student
The course has done what it should. It has grown my knowledge base, helped change my practice for the better and hopefully that will impact others in a positive way. The sessions delivery and tutored have been amazing and engaging.
– Supervision Student
Really enjoyed the course and found it has made me rethink about all our practice and the way we support families. It has allowed me to reflect on my own practice as well as my management of the team and their practice.

I would like to thank Caroline for how skilfully she held our group and allowed us to feel comfortable to sit in or enter into an insecure vulnerable space when talking about difficult issues we are experiencing in our respective workplace. Nobody was made to feel silly and Caroline would graciously support us through. Such a fabulous learning and personal growth experience I have had from this course.
– Leadership Student
While it has been a challenging few months, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course and the learning I have been able to do. My confidence has grown massively in using systemic ideas and approaches in my practice and I feel really proud of the work I'm currently doing with children and families as a result.

Although the course has been difficult to juggle, I don't regret doing it and I feel that I have learnt a lot and really appreciate how receptive the tutors have been to feedback, and how much thought and consideration they have given to the content of all of the teaching days.
I really like the requirement to have 10 hours of systemic supervision from a Family Therapist; this has been such a contrast to most of the line management supervision I have received and I have found this reflective, thought provoking and really helpful in thinking about my work with families.
