Contact

Members of the public can report breaches of the PSPO to the council:

We will need the following information:

  • Where did the breach occur?
  • What time did the breach occur?
  • What did you observe?

Please note: this telephone number is not a dedicated number solely for PSPO breaches. All calls go through to the council's contact centre. When all the call agents are busy handling calls, customers will hear an option for a 'call back within an hour', or they can continue in a queuing system until a call agent becomes available.

Additional information

To protect our wildlife, we are kindly asking the public not to feed the animals in our parks. More information on this can be found on the Feeding the wildlife in our parks page.
